How long does personalisation take?
Each piece is handmade in our Hemel Hempstead studio. Most orders are crafted within 5 – 7 working days, depending on complexity.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes — you’re welcome to collect your order directly from our studio. Just select “local pickup” at checkout.
How durable are your tumblers?
Our tumblers are BPA‑free, responsibly sourced, and designed for everyday use. They’re sturdy, long‑lasting, and perfect for busy days.
